(U) When to Use
(U//FOUO) Log any and all instances where a device from the Highside (DEVLAN) is re-flashed - reconnected to the Lowside (Internet) to restore the OS.
(U) Definitions/Where to Find
(U) Date - the date when the re-flashed occurred
(U) Serial Number - Found from the settings menu on the phone. Note: this value is considered CONFIDENTIAL//NOFORN
Settings > General > Serial Number
(U) Inventory Number - The number found under the CIC barcode (should be an eight (8) digit number). Note: this value is considered CONFIDENTIAL//NOFORN.
(U//FOUO) On the back of the phone look for something matching the following:
CIC 2005 SC2BARODE
1234A123
(U) Name - The name of the person who is doing the re-flash
(U) Verifier's Name - The name of the person who inspected the device to ensure all classified information has been removed
(U) Comments - an optional section for comments about the re-flash.
