ESET firewall blocking for udp, tcp, and icmp
After investigating triggering on eset in depth, I found that if home/network is set for ip range in question 137,138....udp all work from triggering and hubcallback ports of 3587 on windows 7 boxes work.
Firewall does not block tcp connection out. ICPM messages of type 3 are allowed from addresses outside of local zone range. This could be used for triggering, in future or if needed. GameBoy study does have utility to alter firewall settings. If we added put and arbitrary execute we could alter these on fly.
